Dylan,

There are far too many bad mining operations in Africa. There are some, however that do maintain developing world standards (that are still wanting). Our two countries are perhaps some of the worst perpetrators. Canada and Australia have miners based in our countries who operate unsafe, disgusting operations. They really do deserve our ire.
